Three Track Mind formed in the spring of 1999. Playing for the sheer joy of making music, Gavin St. Ours, Josh Goodyear, and Matt Kraft adopted a unique sound, combining luscious melody with driving rhythm.

The band got its start at Salisbury State University in Maryland, where the three musicians first met. They continued to gig in the Salisbury and Ocean City areas of Maryland's Eastern Shore after writing a full arsenal of original songs. Three Track Mind's power-pop sound was embraced eagerly by the local community. They were featured at Field Day 2000, a major annual concert at SSU, along with Run-DMC.

Attracting more and more people to their live shows, Three Track Mind was featured three times on Local Lixx, a music showcase on Clear Channel Communication's 96 Rock.

Three Track Mind worked tirelessly for almost a year on its debut independent full-length CD, "Throws Like a Girl", available now on Amazon.com and CDBaby.com.

Three Track Mind puts on an energetic show that is not to be missed, and is always sure to draw a crowd. As the band's fan base grows, Three Track Mind looks forward to a very bright future.
