Cindy Brooks, Life Coach, and Sonja Max, a Registered Dietitian, offer workshops combining their skills to help clients have more success adopting a diet full of plant-based foods. Their web presence consisted of a playful splash page that needed a timeless look and feel. They wanted to be able to change the offerings for their classes and the ability to sell products online.
Cindy and Sonja needed to create an identity to establish their new brand. We worked together through a branding process that included brainstorm, dialogue, and work sessions considering Vision, Values, Brand, Audience, and a Business Model that would support the duo’s goals. Sonja wanted a beautiful website with a traditional look and feel but modern support for shopping and updating information. Cindy wanted to save time and energy.
Working with two different entrepreneurs we needed to create a platform that was flexible and efficient for both styles. We customized a responsive WordPress framework to adapt to Sonja’s creative direction; Cindy & Sonja’s website includes e-commerce for products and workshop registration. We integrated MailChimp for news, and more importantly, to create a system to schedule auto responders for workshop materials for attendees, that had previously been sent individually. We set up social media profiles with design elements and coached the duo on social media strategy and best practices.
Cindy & Sonja filled their last workshop together and continue to teach classes in the community. They have a growing web presence and brand recognition. Cindy is now traveling internationally and Sonja Max is gaining popularity for her classes at the Community Food CoOp.
